Wet way pumping/projecting application system based on the use of self-flowing nature materials, especially recommended for huge volume works. The concrete is mixed with water or liquid and pumped by a double-acting piston pump (“shotcreting” machine). If it is required to be projected, a nozzle is connected to the hose with a accelerator additive inlet so the concrete stays stuck. With this system is possible to perform works at great heights, no dust is generated and the rebound is minimal as the refractory concrete is premixed before beeing pumped. The applied material has very low porosity, which result in properties and performances close to those of vibro-cast materials, with significantly shorter application times.

There is a wide range of quality grades available for each area of ​​the kiln, with a cement-free version using sol-gel technology as an option, if required.
